Our custom panel assembly group has the ability to design, build, and assist with implementation and start-up of any size control, from a small operator station to multi-bay automation systems. Working from your designs and schematics, or from a design created by our engineering department, you can be assured that the high Electro Controls quality standards will ensure the integrity of your control. No portion of your project will be outsourced, including the engraving and custom painting.

Electro Controls volume assembly team utilizes a Kanban work cell system in conjunction with our wire assembly department and all assembly procedures are fully documented to reduce assembly time and ensure the highest possible consistency. Additionally, we believe that every unit should be ready for installation when it reaches your door, so we test every assembly for proper operation and quality construction before shipping it to you.
