If your project requires custom designed controls, our custom panel assembly group has the means to design, build, and assist with implementation and start-up. From small operator stations to wall-mounted control enclosures, to multi-bay automation systems, Electro Controls' highly trained electrical technicians are able to assist you at every step. Electro Controls has well-documented procedures as required by our ISO 9001:2000 registration. In the event that your control requires UL labeling, Electro Controls is a registered UL 508 facility. In addition to UL labeling, we also have experience with CSA and CE Compliance.

This group can work from your designs and schematics, or our engineering group can design the controls to fit your specific needs. Our electrical technicians are involved from the design process through assembly and on into the onsite installation and start-up of the control. Their knowledge and expertise provide time and energy savings during the start-up phases by eliminating the need for your technicians to complete the installation and troubleshooting prior to start-up at your request. This value-added service frees your personnel to concentrate on other priorities.

The Electro Controls facility was designed and built specifically with custom control creation as its core and includes an in-house custom paint facility, a 10-Ton overhead bridge crane, and in-house custom engraving equipment .
