Every Control Panel and Wire Harness that leaves our facility undergoes a rigorous quality inspection and testing procedure insuring that it is in operable condition when it reaches you. Our technicians are also available to aid you in the installation and start-up phase of your project, insuring smooth transition every step of the way.

As an ISO 9001:2008 certified facility, high quality products are the rule at Electro Controls. Every product is quality tested before leaving the facility, insuring that it works when you receive it! The testing process, like all processes at Electro Controls, are fully documented per ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

The ISO 9001:2008 standard pertains to processes exercised by companies in the pursuit of continuous improvement in quality management and are based on eight quality management principles, including maintaining a customer focus, leadership, and continual improvement. Meeting the standard requires the applicant company to create, fully document, and implement a quality management system, which includes provisions for supporting quality, satisfying customers, communicating and carrying out the company's quality policy, controlling, reviewing, and improving the system on a regular basis.
